Golden Ring with Switch/Power is a new series of Leupold binoculars that have the Switch/Power technology embedded in them. This new technology allows you to adjust the level of magnification as easy as pressing a light switch. The switch is perfectly positioned, so that you can easily flick it with your index finger. The biggest advantage of this new approach compared to the old zooming is that with zooming you often get confused and lose track of the object you're viewing. Using this new technology, the object you are taking a close look at, always stays in the center of the visual field as you change the magnitude level. Leupold's Pinnacle series is for serious optic users that demand maximum image clarity, contrast and brightness. This possible becuause of the multi-coated lenses and silver enhanced prisms. Two models are available: 8x42mm and 10x42. The fist number stands for the level of magnification available, while 42mm is the diameter of the lenses. Both models have slim and ergonomic design, armor coated, rugged, waterproof and covered by the Leupold Green Ring Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is applicable for as long as the original owner owns the given Leupold binocular. The Katmai series from Leupold provide top performance in a small size binocular. The Katmai features full-size eyepieces, 32mm diameter of the objective lenses and L-coated prisms. The Olympic series are amongst the most advanced binoculars by Leopold. They deliver top-notch performance at affordable prices. Olympic binoculars are lightweight, provide excellent brightness and image clarity. The Cascade series are known for their ability to perform really good well even in low-light conditions. Power of magnification is 8, linear field of view 341ft/1000 yd, 6.5 degrees angular field of view, lightweight - 650 grams, exit pupil is 5mm, eye relief 18mm. The Mesa binoculars from Leupold are an excellent all-round choice as those binoculars are suitable for almost everything.
